Benevolence Initiative

Wellspring has been made aware of a woman in Manipur in need of housing. Manipur is in one of the poorest areas of India, very near the border of Myanmar (formerly known as Burma). The people still live in tribal village communities and this single mom raised seven children alone after her husband left her in desperately poor conditions. She is a Godly woman who has been a tremendous influence for Christ in her village. One of her daughters told us, "My Mom has swollen knees from praying her children into the Kingdom." The land has already been purchased and given to her; construction estimates are about three to four months on the house itself. We continue to be amazed at the opportunities God places before us and thankful for His continued hand of blessing on Wellspring.
